Raaj (Sumanth) and Mythili (Priyamani) get engaged and in some unexplainable circumstances, Raaj falls in love with Priya (Vimala Raman). He is interested in marrying Priya and is about to reveal this to the elders. But this moment, Priya goes missing and in order to satisfy his father, Raaj marries Mythili.
After the marriage, as expected, Raaj is not in a position to accept Mythili as his life. But as life goes on, he gets impressed by Mythili and soon starts to have physical relationship as well.
Then at this point of time, the missing Priya comes to the surface and Raaj discovers that Priya was in trouble and so went missing. During this course, Mythili misunderstands her husband Raaj and then the troubles start for him.
The climax of “ Raaj’ is that how he makes the life of his ex lover Priya trouble free and how he wins back his wife Mythili’s heart becomes the rest of the story.
